SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped 'usually' within 7 business days of
ordering by standard UPS Ground Service. This does not apply
to C.O.M. orders. 'Rush Delivery' is available upon request,
call for details.
All Shipping costs will be added to the invoice.
(note:) Please allow additional processing/shipping time
during the holidays.

| BACK
ORDERS
While London Bridge Linens, Inc. endeavors to completely fill
customer orders, occasionally an out of stock item occurs. Any
such item will be listen on your Invoice as 'Back Order' and
the balance will be completed as soon as possible.

| RETURN
POLICY
*London Bridge Linens will repair or replace (at our option)
defective merchandise that is returned with 120 days from the
date of purchase (invoice date). |
*
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization
by phone, e-mail, or fax. |
*
No returns can be accepted except in the case of
'defective merchandise' or 'non-conformity with written order'. |
*
No replacements can be sent until after defective products are
returned to London Bridge Linens for examination. |

Returned merchandise must be CLEAN, either unused, or freshly
laundered. Any returned bedding in less than clean condition
will not be examined, repaired, replaced, or credited, but will
be sent directly back to the customer at their own expense. |

Defective Merchandise includes, but is not limited
to:
*1
- Badly sized product -
*2 - Product that has been sewn improperly
(stitching coming out, raw edges expoosed, etc.)
* 3 - Product that does not conform to the written order
missing options, wrong fabric/style etc.

Defective Merchandise does not include:
*
1 - Product that shrinks, fades, becomes splotchy, etc.
due to improper laundering.
* 2 - Any product that is older than 120 days (4 months)
from the date of sale.
* 3 - Product that suffers damage due to wear and tear.
* 4 - Product that suffers pilling. |
